anywhere in the world via India Registered Mail at the lowest shipping fees that offers a tracking facility.

To
provide the best services to our customers at best values we offer what
is the most economical: registered post. It is reasonably fast, and
reaches most destinations worldwide within 14 days. If you provide a
P.O.Box as a shipping address, or an address that is listed by PayPal
as unverified, we
will ship the items, however at your responsibility.
Please
allow 48 hours for processing of orders.
Orders received during weekends or holidays will be processed on the
next working day. If any packages are returned back to us due to
insufficient or wrong address or unclaimed, customers are subject to
pay a 35% restocking fee on the merchandise. In the event of a
reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay
shipping charges for the reshipment.

If you are dissatisfied for any valid reason
and you wish to cancel your purchase from us please notify us within 7
days of receiving the goods. We are happy to issue a refund for unused
items, and will do so within 30 days of being notified. Please refer to
the Returns Policy below.
Returns Policy
You have the right to cancel the
contract and receive a refund, provided that the goods are returned
undamaged and complete, together with the relevant packaging in an
unused and re-saleable condition. You must inform us in writing of your
reasons to cancel within seven working days starting from the day the
goods are delivered to you. You must return the goods to us at your
cost via registered post. If returned products are lost we will not be
liable for them. All returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee,
except in the case of errors on our site or in our shipping.
If you wish to cancel, please contact us
with your original order details before returning. We require all
cancellation requests in writing clearly mentioning the original order
number and valid reasons for returning, within 7 working days starting
on the you receive the goods from us. We will refund the total amount
of money paid by you for the goods, less shipping cost & any
collection costs, within 30 days from the day on which we receive the
goods back to our warehouse. Refunds for valid claims will be made via
the same method of payment as used to place the order.
We reserve the right to determine the validity of the resons stated as
the grounds for a customer's eligibility for a return/refund. Kindly
note that our general returns/refunds policies may not apply in case of
the special offers, etc. We cannot accept the return of DVD/VCD
products in case you find the picture/sound quality to be below your
expectations, or if your DVD player cannot play them smoothly, etc.
Playback compatibility issues and product quality is the sole liability
of the products' manufacturers.
